There are 3 double bedrooms, one of which is in the converted attic, this bedroom has a Kingsize bed and has super views across the harbour to Fowey and upstream to Bodinnick and has an ensuite wet room, digital tv. The other two bedrooms are downstairs, one with views over the harbour this bedroom has a Kingsize bed, and the third bedroom has a double bed, both with digital tv.

There is a bathroom on the ground floor with bath/shower overhead, toilet and washbasin.

- Unloading is possible within 20 yards with parking available either in the main car park at the top of the village or in the private parking space available 100 yards from the property.
- This is a non-smoking property, with no pets.
- Polruan is built on the side of a hill and may not be suitable for wheelchair users. There are a small number of steps to negotiate to the front door
